Delivery countries:
For most of our products– we offer free shipment if the order value exceeds €45 or if the delivery address is in any European country except Iceland.
If the delivery address is in Iceland, we need to charge at least an €80 shipping fee.
If the delivery address is not in Europe, there may be a shipping fee.

Order preparation
Once your order information is received, we will process the order:
(1)Check the stock.
(2)Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.
(3)Check your shipping address.
(4)Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.
(5)If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
- Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This will may delay shipment.
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and query website.

1. Free shipping(DPD/EMS): €0
2. Expedited Shipping(Hong Kong EMS): €35 per piece
3. Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD). Only available for some products: €5-20 per piece
4. Expedited Express for Small Pieces: It is reserved for specified products with a small size: Free.

- 2 Weeks: DPD - Most normal size and weight products.
- 2-4 Weeks: EMS - Big size but light products.
Delivery area: Most European countries (such as Germany, France, the UK, Nertherlands, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Sweden), and USA, Canada, Japan, Australia conform to this rule ; Other remote countries would require more time.
Note: Fluctuating delivery times depending on flight information for the order time.
3. Expedited Shipping
Carrier: Hong Kong EMS
Cost: €35 Per Piece
Processing Time: 1Weeks
Shipping Time: 1-2 Weeks (Most countries. All products)

4. Expedited Express for small pieces
Cost: Free
Processing Time: 1 Week
Shipping Time: 1-2 Weeks (Most countries)
Specified products: It is reserved for specified products with a small size.
How to track my order?
- You will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Compensation for overdue delivery:
If the goods are not delivered on time, we are very sorry for your delayed receipt of the goods, and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the goods delayed compensation. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.
Cancel orders
We support canceling orders without reason within 48 hours since you placed the order. If your order has already been shipped, your orders cannot be canceled. As for the forcible cancellation of the order, you need to pay a shipping fee for this order.
Tariff:
There will be tariffs when the max side length of a parcel is more than 60cm. Generally, this possibility is around 5%. If there is a tariff, we will be responsible for 20% of this amount. Refused shipments
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot stop it. If you refuse to take delivery, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
